Responsibilities
Analysis and Evaluation of Existing Processes
- Communicate with process owners: sales, project management, HR, finance, etc.
- Understand current operational procedures and processes
- Analyze software used in process automation
- Identify and prioritize current operational needs and issues
- Create a list of changes needed to optimize the process and coordinate their implementation
Develop or Improve Process Flow Diagrams, Rules, and Procedures
- Define process flows using an internal BPM tool
- Clarify and agree on a list of changes with process owners
- Work with the software development team to implement processes using internal BPM tools
Create Technical Requirements
- Prepare clear technical specifications for configuring process logic in internally developed software
Ensure Proper Implementation
- Coordinate and support implementation of new/optimized processes with process owners
- Develop standards for relevant corporate documentation (process flow charts, user manuals, etc.)
Experience
- Clear understanding of key business process flows in a mid-sized company
- Experience in developing and/or optimizing business processes
- Worked with BPM tools like Bonitasoft, Camunda, Signavio, etc.
- Proficiency in BPMN2 notation, usage, and templates
- Attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to organize workload with full responsibility
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Higher education in IT/technical field (an advantage)
- Languages: English and Ukrainian (written and oral at a high level)
