Technical Support Specialist

Xsense is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our branch in Kyiv.

Required Skills

• Work experience in technical support/maintenance department at least 1 year
• In-depth experience with Office and Windows
• Good English or Spanish is a must (upper-intermediate and above)
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Driver license will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Remote technical support and customer support, problem detecting and solving
• Activity reports on a daily basis
• Possible business trips over Ukraine and to other countries
